Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling any appointments. Missed appointments or no shows will result in a $55 fee that will be charged one hour after any missed appointment unless other arrangements have been made and approved in writing. This policy applies to all sessions, engagements and bookings that are not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours including Complimentary Coaching Sessions and Consultation appointments. Any No Shows will result in the $55 dollar cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

There is no refund for individually booked sessions. However, these sessions can be rescheduled if 24 hour notice is given or at the discretion of the coach. Should you choose to book any sessions packages. You will be eligible for a 50 % refund on future or unused appointments requested within 90 days of purchase. No refunds are issued on subscriptions. Please allow 14 days for any refunds to be processed. No refunds are provided for subsriptions. Subscriptions may not be terminated early.
